Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
These terms apply when a business ("you") signs up for CallSophia ("we", "us"), an AI receptionist service that answers calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and website chat on your behalf and books appointments. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
The service
Sophia answers conversations across the channels included in your plan, using the knowledge, staff, services and hours you configure, and books appointments into your calendar. We do our best to keep Sophia accurate and available, but conversational AI can make mistakes — you're responsible for reviewing bookings and knowledge you've provided for accuracy.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, plus a one-time setup fee charged when your subscription starts. Extra voice minutes beyond your plan's bundle are billed from prepaid credit. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You won't use CallSophia for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or to contact people who haven't consented to being contacted through the channels you connect (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram). We may suspend accounts that violate this.
Your data and content
You own the business information, knowledge, and customer data you provide. We process it to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, CallSophia isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings or revenue arising from service interruptions or AI errors.
Changes
We may update these terms or our plans from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account owners by email.
