CallSophia ("we", "us") provides an AI receptionist service that answers calls, WhatsApp messages and website chats on behalf of businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When someone contacts a business through CallSophia, by phone, WhatsApp or the website widget, we process the conversation content, the caller's name, phone number or email if given, and, for phone and WhatsApp, the messaging platform's own identifiers, so we can respond and pass the details to the business. Business owners using our dashboard provide their name, email and information about their business, staff and services.
How we use it
To answer conversations, book appointments, send summaries to the business, and operate the dashboard. We do not sell contact or conversation data.
Sharing
We share data with the infrastructure providers that power the service, including ElevenLabs (voice), Anthropic (AI replies), Meta (WhatsApp), and Supabase (database hosting), strictly to deliver the service. Conversation summaries are shared with the business the caller contacted.
Retention
Conversation and appointment records are kept for as long as the business account is active, so the business can review its history.
