Cookie Policy

CallSophia uses a small number of cookies to run the dashboard and, where enabled, to understand site traffic.
Essential cookies
Used to keep you signed in to the dashboard and to protect against cross-site request forgery. These are required for the service to work and can't be turned off.
Analytics cookies
Where enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and isn't used to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics only loads after you click Accept in the bar at the bottom of the page, and never on the signed-in dashboard.
Our own visit counting
Our public pages also count visits with our own code, with no third party. For each page view we keep the page, the site that linked to it, any campaign tags in the link, the country and city our host reads from the connection, and the kind of device and browser. We never store your IP address. A random number held by the open tab groups the pages of one visit. Only if you click Accept do we keep a random id in your browser's storage, so we can tell a return visit from a new one.
Your choice
You can change your answer at any time.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the dashboard from working correctly.
