The short version
Goodcall and CallSophia both answer calls with AI. Goodcall charges by the number of unique customers who call and describes a phone agent. CallSophia charges by included minutes and covers calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and website chat.
How they price
Goodcall's plans are 79 dollars a month for 100 unique customers, 129 dollars for 500, and 299 dollars for 2,000. A unique customer is one phone number per month, and spam and wrong numbers do not count. Its page says minutes and calls are not metered.
CallSophia Solo is 149 dollars for 500 voice minutes and Pro is 299 dollars for 1,000 minutes. Extra minutes cost 25 cents on prepaid credit.
If many of your callers are different people who call once, Goodcall's model can be cheaper. If a few customers call often, or you want a fixed minute bundle, CallSophia's model is easier to predict.
Channels and phone numbers
Goodcall's pricing page describes a phone agent, and every plan includes a local number or lets you forward your own. It does not list other channels.
CallSophia includes website voice and chat, WhatsApp and Instagram in every plan. A dedicated phone number comes with Pro and above, and on Solo you can add one later.
Trial and setup
Goodcall lets you build and test a demo agent for free and only pay when you connect a number. CallSophia gives a 14-day free trial when you pay by card and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
CallSophia builds the assistant around your business for a one-time 199 dollars on monthly billing, or nothing on annual billing. Goodcall's page does not state a setup fee. Prices change, so check Goodcall's site.
