The short version
Dialzara starts much cheaper and charges per plan tier with a small minute bundle. CallSophia costs more up front, includes more channels, and builds the assistant for you.
The right choice depends on how many calls you get and how much you want to set up yourself.
Price and minutes
Dialzara's voice plans, as listed on its pricing page, run from 29 dollars a month for 60 minutes to 349 dollars a month for 1,000 minutes. The in-between plans are 99 dollars for 220 minutes and 199 dollars for 500 minutes. Extra minutes cost between 35 and 48 cents depending on the plan.
CallSophia Solo is 149 dollars for 500 minutes and Pro is 299 dollars for 1,000 minutes. Extra minutes run on prepaid credit at 25 cents.
For the same 500 minutes, Dialzara's 199 dollar plan is more expensive than CallSophia Solo. For a small business with few calls, Dialzara's 29 dollar plan is far cheaper.
Channels
Dialzara's pricing page describes phone as the main product. A website chatbot is 39 dollars a month on its own, or included for the first 100 sessions a month with any voice plan, and an SMS agent is 19 dollars a month plus 5 cents per message.
CallSophia includes website voice and chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and the booking widget in every plan, with no per-channel add-ons.
Languages and setup
Dialzara's entry plan lists English and Spanish. Its chatbot lists 10 or more languages. CallSophia supports 15 languages, with Dutch and English on every plan and Arabic on Pro and above.
Dialzara includes a one-to-one onboarding call with every paid plan and lists no setup fees. CallSophia charges 199 dollars once on monthly billing, nothing on annual, and builds the assistant around your business.
Trial and guarantee
Dialzara lists a 7-day free trial. CallSophia offers a 14-day free trial when you pay by card and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
